Recently we had an emergency call that may inspire you. It was for a 17 yo female who was choking on a piece of steak. By the time we got there, her younger brother had done abdominal thrusts on her and she had coughed up the meat. The brother had recently taken a CPR class at Oyster River (where he is a student) from his PE teacher, which is where he had learned the maneuver. Just wanted to let you know that you really have no idea where the seeds you plant from teaching and organizing CPR classes will spread and the good you will do. Count this as one life you have helped to save!
